NewCap is part of the Verhoeven Bakery Equipment Family and specialises in developing and manufacturing custom-made handling solutions for the bakery market. It was established in 2015 by ‘Verhoeven Oss’. At that time, Verhoeven was looking to further specialise in the bread sector.

For over 40 years, Verhoeven had been producing various spare parts for Capway Systems, a food processing technology company. When Capway Systems shut down in 2015, Verhoeven saw an opportunity for the desired expansion. In order to maintain the necessary skills and expertise, it offered positions to trusted, key Capway employees, adjusted the company name to draw attention to their ‘new’ venture, and ‘NewCap’ was born.
The rest, as they say, is history.
